Founded in 1982, the Group began in the timber industry under the name Tanah Emas Telupid Sdn. Bhd.
In 1986, it transitioned into plantation, marking a long-term commitment to land-based development. The business was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1996 as Tanah Emas Corporation Berhad, and in 2009, it migrated to the Main Board and was rebranded as Golden Land Berhad.
With more than four decades of experience working with land, Golden Land Berhad later expanded into property development, carrying forward the same discipline, responsibility and long-term thinking that shaped its plantation roots.
Today, the Group focuses on creating spaces and communities that respond to modern lifestyles while remaining grounded in integrity and purpose. Across every chapter of its journey, Golden Land Berhad continues to move forward with a clear belief : progress that lasts is built with care and earned through trust.
